Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino
The Greenspun Corporation, through joint ventures with Station Casinos, Inc., has played a significant role in the development of resort and gaming destinations for locals and visitors alike. Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa and Casino, which opened in December 2001, is one of the first luxury resorts off the Las Vegas strip with 497 hotel rooms and suites. Aliante Station
Slated to open in late 2008, Aliante Station, a joint venture with Station Casinos, Inc., will include a hotel and casino located in the heart of a 1,905-acre master-planned community in North Las Vegas. Resting on 40-acres north of the Las Vegas Beltway, this resort and casino will boast over 200 hotel rooms, a 16-screen movie theatre, six restaurants, a spa, live entertainment venues and a large casino. Tentative expansion plans for Aliante Station include the addition of 200 hotel rooms, a bowling center and state-of-the-art bingo room.
Palms Casino Resort
The Greenspun Corporation is also a minority partner in the Palms Casino Resort – a 95,000-square foot casino developed by The Maloof Companies where non-stop entertainment can be found. The Palms also opened its new expansion and has introduced Palms Place, a tower currently under construction, which will feature fully furnished condos with stunning views of the Strip and Spring Mountains.
Barley’s Casino & Brewing Company/The Greens Supper Club
Known as one of the area’s premier locals’ destinations and Henderson Nevada’s first micro-brewery, Barley’s Casino & Brewing Company was co-created by The Greenspun Corporation and Stations Casino, and features 199 slot and video poker machines, six gaming tables and a 25-seat sports book where guests can view sporting events on any one of several 8-foot screens located within a comfortable lounge setting. The Greens Supper Club in Henderson offers premium dining and 40 slot machines.
Gaming Investments
The Greenspun Corporation also has made a number of passive investments in various gaming operations in Nevada. The Greenspun Family's gaming investments date back to Hank Greenspun's investments in Wilbur Clark's Desert Inn.
